itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Das Programm <strong>*WeCare<\/strong> bietet gefl\u00fcchteten und asylsuchenden Menschen in Deutschland einen kostenlosen, niedrigschwelligen, digitalen Zugang zu psychosozialer Beratung. Das Angebot richtet sich speziell an Menschen, die neu in Deutschland sind, sich \u00fcberfordert f\u00fchlen oder Unterst\u00fctzung bei Alltagsfragen ben\u00f6tigen. Gemeinsam mit traumasensiblen Fachberater*innen und Sprachmittelnden wollen wir dabei einen sicheren digitalen Raum schaffen, in dem wir gemeinsam passende L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Stresssituationen und Sorgen finden und an zus\u00e4tzliche Hilfsangebote weitervermitteln k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warum ist das wichtig?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rund 85% der \u00fcber 3 Millionen in Deutschland lebenden Gefl\u00fcchteten haben traumatische Erlebnisse gemacht, ca. 30% leiden unter depressiven Erkrankungen oder PTBS. Obwohl es in Deutschland zahlreiche Anlaufstellen f\u00fcr psychosoziale Beratungen gibt, sind diese h\u00e4ufig mit langen Wartezeiten verbunden.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Angebot WeCare fungiert hier als eine Art \u00dcberbr\u00fcckungsinfrastruktur, die zur Stabilisierung der Ratsuchenden dienen kann. Gleichzeitig gibt es viele Erstaufnahmeeinrichtungen oder Gemeinschaftsunterk\u00fcnfte, die \u00fcberhaupt keine Anbindung an psychosoziale Zentren verf\u00fcgen. Hier stellt WeCare h\u00e4ufig die einzige Anlaufstelle dar.<\/p>\n<p>Damit das Angebot unabh\u00e4ngig vom Wohn- oder Unterbringungsort erreichbar ist, finden unsere Beratungen online statt. Gleichzeitig versuchen wir bereits im ersten Schritt der Kontaktaufnahme m\u00f6gliche Beratungsstellen in der N\u00e4he der Ratsuchenden zu lokalisieren und bei Bedarf dorthin weiter zu vermitteln.<\/p>\n<p>Mittlerweile sind wir in der Lage WeCare in zehn verschiedenen Sprachen anzubieten. Pro Halbjahr f\u00fchren wir \u00fcber 300 Beratungen durch. Unsere Beratungstermine k\u00f6nnen wir aktuell innerhalb von zwei Wochen vermitteln<\/p>\n<p><strong>Du leidest unter psychische Probleme, starkem Stress und wei\u00dft nicht an wen du dich wenden kannst?<\/strong><br \/>\nWir h\u00f6ren dir zu und suchen gemeinsam passende L\u00f6sungen oder vermitteln dich an andere zus\u00e4tzliche Hilfsangebote in deiner N\u00e4he.<br \/>\nEs gibt die M\u00f6glichkeit mit einer Frau oder einem Mann zu sprechen.
