enden!<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Wir von Medical Solidarity International e.V. sind eine humanit\u00e4re, medizinische NGO die sich f\u00fcr Menschen in Not einsetzt. Seit unserer Gr\u00fcndung haben wir unerm\u00fcdlich an der Seite von Gefl\u00fcchteten, Migrant:innen und vulnerablen Gruppen gearbeitet. Mit unseren Eins\u00e4tzen auf den griechischen Inseln, im Balkangebiet und an den Grenzen der EU k\u00e4mpfen wir f\u00fcr das, was h\u00e4ufig als selbstverst\u00e4ndlich angesehen wird: Zugang zu Gesundheitsversorgung f\u00fcr alle Menschen \u2013 unabh\u00e4ngig von Herkunft, Aufenthaltsstatus oder politischem Hintergrund. Wir setzen uns gegen die menschenunw\u00fcrdigen Zust\u00e4nde an den Au\u00dfengrenzen der EU ein und beleuchten die Auswirkungen europ\u00e4ischer Migrationspolitik auf das Leben von Millionen Menschen, die auf der Flucht sind. In unseren Projekten geht es um weit mehr als nur medizinische Hilfe \u2013 es geht um Menschenrechte, Solidarit\u00e4t und die Anerkennung der W\u00fcrde eines jeden Ohne dieses Medikament kann die Krankheit innerhalb weniger Stunden lebensbedrohlich werden.<\/p>\n<p>In Bosnien, einem Land, das als \u201eTransitzone\u201c f\u00fcr Migrant:innen und Gefl\u00fcchtete dient, erleben wir immer wieder tragische Schicksale: Menschen, die auf ihrer Flucht vor Krieg und Verfolgung in die EU gekommen sind, berichten, dass ihnen an der Grenze zu Kroatien von der Polizei ihr Insulin abgenommen wurde. Danach werden sie oft ohne medizinische Versorgung und oft ohne die M\u00f6glichkeit, Asyl zu beantragen, mitten im Wald ausgesetzt und zur\u00fcck nach Bosnien abgeschoben. Der K\u00f6rper ist \u00fcbers\u00e4ttigt mit Zucker, kann ihn aber nicht verarbeiten \u2013 ein gef\u00e4hrlicher Zustand, der sofortige medizinische Intervention erfordert.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Praxis ist Teil einer widerw\u00e4rtigen europ\u00e4ischen Politik, die auf Abschottung und Grenzkontrollen setzt. Migrant:innen und Gefl\u00fcchtete werden als \u201eProblem\u201c betrachtet, statt als Menschen, die ein Recht auf Sicherheit und medizinische Versorgung haben. Die EU verst\u00e4rkt ihre Grenzpolitik immer weiter, mit gravierenden Konsequenzen f\u00fcr die Gesundheit und das Leben von Menschen wie denen, denen wir in Bosnien begegnen. Anstatt Schutz zu gew\u00e4hren, finden viele Menschen keine ad\u00e4quate Gesundheitsversorgung und sind auf eigene Hilfe angewiesen. Der politische Stillstand im Land hat die Situation f\u00fcr viele Gefl\u00fcchtete dramatisch versch\u00e4rft. Diese Menschen werden als \u201ezweite Klasse\u201c behandelt und bleiben in einem Zustand der Unsicherheit und Verzweiflung gefangen. Doch der Zugang zu dringend ben\u00f6tigten Medikamenten und \u00e4rztlicher Versorgung ist begrenzt. Medikamente kosten mehr als die monatliche Rente, und ein Arztbesuch erfordert oft stundenlange Busfahrten. In einer Situation, in der jede Entscheidung zwischen \u201eMedikamenten oder Nahrung\u201c f\u00e4llt, ist die gesundheitliche Versorgung der Gefl\u00fcchteten kaum gew\u00e4hrleistet.<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl die EU Grunds\u00e4tze zur Gesundheitsversorgung von Gefl\u00fcchteten festgelegt hat, wird der Zugang in vielen L\u00e4ndern nicht gew\u00e4hrleistet. In Bulgarien sind Gefl\u00fcchtete aus der Ukraine und anderen Krisengebieten in einem kafkaesken System gefangen, das sie nicht ausreichend sch\u00fctzt. Die fehlende Integration und Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fchren zu unn\u00f6tigem Leid. A., ein Patient aus Gaza, wurde aufgrund seiner Schizophrenie aus Deutschland nach Griechenland abgeschoben \u2013 ohne Zugang zu seinen lebensnotwendigen Medikamenten. Ohne Versicherung blieb ihm nur der Weg in die Notaufnahme, wo ihm nur halbherzig geholfen wurde. Auch andere, wie das M\u00e4dchen mit Tracheostoma, erfahren das gleiche Schicksal: medizinische Notf\u00e4lle, die in den Lagern nicht ausreichend behandelt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Griechenland fungiert als einer der Hauptankunftspunkt f\u00fcr Fl\u00fcchtende, die \u00fcber die Mittelmeerroute nach Europa kommen. Doch die medizinische Versorgung ist im Land massiv unterfinanziert und \u00fcberlastet. Das Asylsystem ist \u00fcberfordert, und die EU tut zu wenig, um den betroffenen L\u00e4ndern echte Unterst\u00fctzung zu leisten. Dies f\u00fchrt zu einem dramatischen Anstieg von vermeidbaren Krankheiten wie Kr\u00e4tze. Eine einfache Hautinfektion, die bei ausreichender Hygiene schnell geheilt werden k\u00f6nnte, breitet sich unter den erschwerten Bedingungen in den Camps rasant aus. Ohne Zugang zu Wasser und Hygieneartikeln wird Kr\u00e4tze zu einer st\u00e4ndigen, qualvollen Begleiterin.<\/p>\n<p>Diese katastrophalen Zust\u00e4nde sind das direkte Resultat einer EU-Migrationspolitik, die auf Abschottung und Kontrolle setzt, statt auf Unterst\u00fctzung und Solidarit\u00e4t. Lager wie das in Vienna Rampa in Bulgarien oder das CCAC auf Kos zeigen, wie europ\u00e4ische L\u00e4nder wie Griechenland mit Gefl\u00fcchteten umgehen: Mit einer Politik des Ausgrenzens und der Verleugnung ihrer grundlegenden Rechte. Anstatt Hilfe und Hoffnung zu erhalten, erleben sie das Gegenteil: Ausgrenzung, Gewalt und ein Mangel an R\u00fcckhalt.<\/p>\n<p>Rund 85% der \u00fcber 3 Millionen in Deutschland lebenden Ge\ufb02\u00fcchteten haben traumatische Erlebnisse gemacht, ca. 30% leiden unter depressiven Erkrankungen oder PTBS. Obwohl es in Deutschland zahlreiche Anlaufstellen f\u00fcr psychosoziale Beratungen gibt, sind diese h\u00e4u\ufb01g mit langen Wartezeiten und zus\u00e4tzlich f\u00fcr Menschen mit Flucht,- und
