Advocacy Reports
Advocacy Report No. 1/2026
Our first consolidated Advocacy Report brings together findings from all Medical Solidarity International (MSI) projects, replacing the previous country-specific reports. Covering Greece, Bulgaria, and Bosnia & Herzegovina, it draws on field observations, patient consultations, and the experiences shared by people on the move between 2025 and 2026.
Despite the different national contexts, the report highlights recurring structural barriers that continue to deny displaced people access to fundamental rights, including healthcare, safe accommodation, protection, and opportunities for meaningful integration.
